I am Timothy Garrett and my journey began years ago as a skinny little kid from the Desire Housing Projects. One day sitting in church talking to my best friend about what we were going to do to change the world when we grow up.

Our dream was to provide people the opportunity to experience life differently. At that moment I knew I was destined for grand things and began to set my goals for greatness. Through the success of my companies, would allow me the opportunity to give back to the less fortunate. I had no idea it would be through fitness.

I told her I would change the world and she would reply change the way you view the world and then the picture would be different. As a child, I didn’t understand what my mother was saying but as I grew older it became clear what she was talking about. Do not quit.
